It’s mine.
THIS is THE reason SC people are SO POOR... Fraudulent administration
If the slowest among us can't figure out how to pay the tax, it shouldn't exist.
Yeah, 😂😂😂 they just want more employees. How about a bill that says, given standard deductions, they just sent you a rough estimate, since 70% of people file standardn.
There are only STUPID MAGA Senators.
If GM is using roads built with taxpayer money in San Fran, they should pay their fair share of tax for upkeep and all, dunno if that's $108 million (seems like a lot) but that's for them to figure out in court I guess
some lady from the federal reserve was before congress who kept questioning her about the 7 TRILLION dollars unaccounted for, she kept saying it wasnt her department, this story got LOST in the web as a seemingly more important story broke out
And they can collect that from those being taxed in San Francisco that are associated, not the company as a whole
This is great news for rich people!
Can high earners benefit from this? They could pay one dollar.
If they know what we owe, that means, they are intentionally creating a trillion dollar industry, that only really benefits rich people.
Next SF will tax visitors for walking on their sidewalks or "breathing up all SF's air." Anything for a buck, right, SF ?? 😵💫🤪🥴
Fools
i would rather they tell me they corrected it, than later send me a bill for back taxes plus interest.
Flat tax. Tiny IRS office. Control government spending. Dismantle the giant industrial complexes driving budget bloat.
SF hell Commiefornia is a joke glad I left.
Remember that there’s a union representing the Treasury workers which is fighting return to the office and many other things, and the administration doesn’t prioritize customer service- it instead seems to be interested in auditing anyone and everyone.
San francisco is a cesspool at this point
The goal is to make it easier for THEM not we the people
Here is an idea. If you are below the federally defined poverty line, you pay no tax. Everyone else pays a flat rate of 8%. No deferments, no deductions, no exemptions. Now we don't need the IRS.
F the IRS. Will never pay federal taxes ever again!
Because they're 70000000 years old, dude.
Fill it out and send it in. Shouldn't the government have to WORK to get my money?
Socialist democrats think like children. They feel entitled to other people’s stuff and never want to be personally responsible for their own actions. That’s why socialism will never ever work in a normal governmental system. To many self centered grown up children are in politics.
This is insane.
Oh noes! Teechur wants us ta show our werk?!
Give it back to us. #SC Resident
So 2.5 billion is still unaccounted for
I learned more studying for the CPA exam than I did 4 years of college taking accounting courses. And I went to a highly rated college where they just churn out CPAs and big four employees
Willful ignorance the point being deniability for culpable sake
Ha, the IRS is garbage.. nothing but thieves
If the experts taught you every tool, they wouldn't be the experts.
I remember getting a 'mini-audit' from the IRS back in the 70s. Apparently I missed reporting the $2.30 I earned for working at McDonald's for an hour. I wrote back and explained that, although I did earn that money, I never picked up my paycheck because I had moved to another state en route to an engineering job. Apparently that was good enough, because I never heard from them again. It still amazes me that someone thought it was worth the IRS' time and money (on the order of at least $50) to try to collect at most fifty cents worth of tax.
I lived in CA for almost a year and a half. The entire state government is designed to leech off of its citizens and businesses. It is disgusting. CA tried, but failed, to create an exit tax that would have permitted them to tax citizens for several years after they move out of the state.
Jesus, California is the real mafia of this country
It's okay. Congress will make healthy banks buy the foolish banks like thry did last time. Someday, the bill will come due and no act of Congress will be able to 'save' us.
One of the people in our shop was an engineer and Studied to take the CPA exam and passed. They changed it though you can't just study for the exam and pass to be a CPA...maybe go back to that?
One of the most dynamic accountants I knew, a long time ago, was a partner in a large firm in the UK who only had O Levels, I'm not sure what that is equivalent to in the USA. The training period in work was longer than for A levels or degrees.
Abolish the irs, flat tax on all income over 30k (no deductions or exemptions), no tax on overtime
Almost as crazy as when Los Angeles County tried to slap a property tax on satellites since they were manufactured in the county.
Should have got 15 years.
I'd like to know why the NY Times wasn't prosecuted for publishing stolen goods?
It's called extortion, sounds about right for California! Idiots
Another win for biden
Why don't we just have a digital currency so the IRS can track all our money. It'll make taxes super simple .
He released bezos and other Democrats that's where he messed up That's why he got jail time not for Trump's tax time releases they would have praised then would of paid him for thst he exposed a couple of no no's couple
It's not like the IRS can just tell us what we owe/ get back off the rip and save everybodies time and piece of mind.
We (IRS CSR) sent out millions of EIP/RRC Math Error notices to people. Most of them correct but people didnt inderstand them. Whats the point of a letter if you still need to call.
Not true... they don't turn them off. You probably had to print & mail because you did something wrong, but they don't turn them off.
San Francisco is trash
